5/10/2013 | Smyka and Viper VTX1 win ROAR Paved Championship

Congratulations to Mark Smyka for winning the ROAR Paved Nationals 17.5 class with Viper R/C's VTX1 ESC. Mark TQ'ed all four rounds of qualifying, wins the first two A Mains to clinch the title.

3/20/2013 | Viper RC/ Mark Smyka Wins ROAR Carpet National

The 17.5 1/12 class at this years ROAR Carpet Nationals was ultra competitive. Qualifying rounds that saw the top 3 cars finish .04 of second apart from each other. And the difference between making the A Main or watching it was .02 of a second. After qualifying 3rd overall Mark Smyka used the advantage of the Viper VTX1 to win one of tightest spec class battles scene in a long time.

3/4/2013 | Amezcua/Viper win at Chi Town Shootout

After an impressive top 10 finish earlier this year at the Reedy Race of Champions, Travis Amezcua took double wins at the Chi Town Shootout in Joliet, IL. His Viper powered Durango's for take the Top Qualifying spot in 4wd Modified Buggy and the overall wins in 4wd Modified Buggy and 2wd Modified Buggy.
